Academy
TFC provides professional coaching for the pre-select player, ages 5-10. Teams are established and entered into the Super Development League (SDL), Premiere Academy League (PAL), or P
SA League of Plano. The leagues allow established academy teams to play together creating an environment that is challenging and highly competitive.
TFC Academy Program teams train with their TFC coach at locations around the metroplex, including Allen, Plano, The Colony, Lewisville, Rockwall and Denton. During these practices coaches are assigned to teams to develop not only their knowledge about the game but also various positions and formations that are involved in soccer. The team development includes the social aspect of the game, team building, developing trust, respect for teammates and a passion for the game itself.
Our objectives include providing a structured atmosphere where the players can learn individual and team skills as well as enjoy the game of soccer. We have nationally ranked academy teams that have competed at the national level. TFC also offers Goalkeeper Training as well as Advanced Training for our academy teams.
