For Non US Club Soccer teams you must register with US Club Soccer. There is a $50 registration fee per team. Instructions below:
Team Registration: Each team manager will need to:
1. go to www.usclubsoccer.org
2. scroll to the green "Registration" tab in the upper right corner and click on "Tournament Team Insurance" on the drop-down
3. scroll to "Optional Tournament Insurance" and click on ">TOURNAMENT INSURANCE REGISTRATION
4. Fill that out and click "Submit"
5. pay the $50 by credit card when asked
6. fill in the spreadsheet with all players (current and guest) and staff
7. submit that spreadsheet per the instructions
8. once submitted, they should receive the roster and proof of insurance via email within approx. 48 hrs. and will be ready to play in your event
